Default Broccoli Cole Slaw Salad

Broccoli Cole Slaw Salad

1 bag of Broccoli Cole Slaw Mix (found with lettuce)
1 package of Ramen noodles Chicken flavor
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped pecans
1 green onion
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 packet of the seasoning mix that came in the Ramen noodle package.

Mix Broccoli Cole Slaw, onion, pecans and sunflower seeds. Open Ramen
noodles and set flavor packet aside. Crush Ramen Noodles and add to
broccoli slaw mixture. Combine Chicken Flavor packet from noodles, oil,
vinegar and sugar. Mix or shake well until sugar is dissolved. Add to
Broccoli Cole Slaw mix right befoe dish is to be served.
Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator but noodles will not be crunchy.
(My personal opinion: I like this better after it sets awhile.)
Chopped olives, carrots etc. can be added.
