A fruit juice with a twist!

1 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Malibu
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
Splash of Lemon Lime Soda (Sierra Mist)

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and cherry speared.



Applebees Mucho

1 oz. Rum
3/4 oz. Malibu
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
Splash of Lemon Lime Soda (Sierra Mist)







Applebees Blue Skies

A scrumptious drink, good any time of year.

Method: Blend
Glasswa Tall Wine

(Standard Size)

1 1/4 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Pina Colada Mix
1/2 oz. Float of Blue Curacao

(Mucho Size)

1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Pina Colada Mix
3/4 oz. Float of Blue Curacao

Garnish: Pineapple and a pineapple leaf





Applebees Road Runner

Wonderfully Sweet and tropical drink!

1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/2 oz. Blackberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Grenadine
3 oz. Sweet and Sour mix
1/2 oz. Float of Bacardi Black Rum
1/2 Scoop of Ice

Garnish: None






Applebees Top-Shelf Long Island Iced Tea

Method: Mix
Glasswa Mixing glass with ice

1/2 oz. Tanqueray Gin
1/2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
1/2 oz. Bacardi Rum
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

Fill to 1/2" top with cola.
Garnish: Lemon Squeeze.






Applebees Banana Berry Smoothie

Method: Island Oasis
Glasswa 16 oz. Non-Alcholic

2 oz. Wildberry mix
1 oz. Banana mix
1 oz. Yogurt mix
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 bar spoon of crushed pineapple

Garnish: Fresh strawberry and orange wedge.





Applebees Classic Bloody Mary

Method: Build
Glasswa Hurricane glass with ice

2 oz. Absolut Vodka
Fill to 1/2" from the top with Bloody Mary Mix
1 snit Beer (optional)
Garnish: Red onion ring & green pepper ring hung over celery stick.





Applebee's Long Island Iced Tea

Method: Mix
Glasswa Mixing Glass with Ice

1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
Fill to 1/2" from top with cola.

Garnish: Lemon Squeeze






Applebees Frozen Daiquiris (Strawberry, Peach, Banana, Lime)

1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
4 oz. Frozen strawberries (peach, banana, and lime can substitute)
1/2 scoop Ice

Garnish: Fresh Fruit Garnish (depending on flavor)





Applebees House Margarita

Method: Mix
Glasswa Frozen 10 oz. mug w/ salted rim.

1 1/4 oz. House Gold Tequila
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
3 1/2 oz. Lime mix

Garnish: Lime wedge squeezed and dropped in drink.




Applebees Mudslide

A Great substitute for dessert!

Method: Blend
Glasswa Tall wine with chocolate syrup drizzled on inside of glass.

1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz. Half & Half

Garnish: Top off with whipped cream and chocolate syrup on the top.



Applebees Summer Squeeze

Glasswa 14 oz. Frosted Mixing Glass

2 oz. Bacardi Limon
2 Lemon Wedges
3 oz. Lemonade Mix

Fill glass heaping full with ice. Pour ingredients in order listed in
recipe to 1/2" from the top of the glass.

Garnish: Lemon wedge and straw





Applebees Perfect margarita

Method: Mix
Glasswa Chilled Cocktail

1 1/4 oz. Cuervo 1800
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
4 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Add ingredients then ice. Top the mixing tin with a strainer and serve in
a cocktail glass with a salted rim.
Garnish: Lime wedge and olive spear.
