Default Tina's Hot Dawg Chili

Tina's Hot Dawg Chili

1 lb of lean hamburger
1 medium onion diced
1 small green pepper diced
3/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 chipotle chili pepper from can put thru a food processor.
1 clove of garlic
1/4-1/2 cup of water

Brown hamburger drain, add onions and green pepper. cook until onions and peppers
are tender. Blend chili powder, ketchup, cumin, and chilpote pepper, garlic in
food processor. All the chili mixture to the hamburger with 1/4 cup of water and
simmer for 30 minutes. Add more water as needed.

Note I use chilpote chili powder if I can find the ones in cans. Also this can be
altered to your taste. We like our chili dogs spicy.
