Chilean Cabernet Sauce (Redrock Canyon Grill)
I am searching for the recipie (or something similar to) from Redrock
Canyon Grill (located in Maryland, Virginia, and florida) for their
Chilean Cabernet Sauce. This sauce is poured over their filet mignon with
gorgonzola cheese, and its to die for. i used to work there, but i moved
and am dying to find a way to make it myself. THANKS for your help!

Everyone near the age of 50 should remember this cake from the A&P. It
was a dense spice cake w/ plump raisins and this incredible white icing u
could peel off. I have tried the recipe's online and nothing comes close.
So anyone out there that knows of the true "A&P Spanish Bar", please
