Strawberry Coconut Bon Bons?
When I was little, my great grandmother used to make these strawberry
coconut bon bons. I remember her using flaked coconut, sweetened
condensed milk, and rolling them in strawberry jello before shaping each
one into the shape of a small strawberry and piping green "stems" on each
one with icing. I tried to duplicate last year and it seemed to be
missing an ingredient or two. Do these ingredients/recipe sound familiar
to anyone?

Tropical Cheesecake

Back in 1999 0r 2000, Womens day magazine had recipe for tropical
cheesecake, It was the BOMB!, I have lost the recipe, and I would be SO
grateful if someone would send it to me. It was a no bake cheesecake, one
of the ingredients was lemon curd. the sides of the cake was decorated
with alternatin kiwi & straberry slices. Thanks in advance.
