Bone game hen leaving wings and drumsticks. Make your favorite guacamole
dip but do not mash avocado: cut into small chunks. Brown croutons in
garlic and oil. Mix croutons with avocado dip and stuff bird. Using
string shape and truss bird to original shape. Bake at 350 until internal
temp is 140 degrees. Split down the middle: serves 2 people
