Default Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Subject: Recipe request for tortilla casserole with chicken

Don't know if this is what your looking for but here goes.
Rene :-)

Chicken Enchilada Casserole

4 chicken breasts
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup milk
1 onion grated or finely chopped
1 can Ortega Green Chili Salsa (7 oz size)
1 can diced green chilies (small size)
1-9 oz. pkg grated mild cheddar
1-9 oz. pkg grated jack cheese

Bake and shred chicken. Mix together soups, milk, onion, salsa, chilies.
Grate Cheese. Layer: 6- torn, corn tortillas, chicken, soup mixture,
cheese, in a 13 x 9 pan. Repeat the above layers. Bake 1 hour at 350
degrees. Top with sliced black olives, it desired.
