Grilled Potatoes with Vegetables

I knew someone once who made a potato dish on the grill. It had both red
and gold potatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms and yellow squash. It was a
very attractive dish. I don't know if it used olive oil or vegetable oil
and I think it had rosemary. I could probably use trial and error, but I'm
not a very good cook and would love it if I could find a recipe even
similar to this. It could be adapted from indoor cooking to outdoor
grilling. Thanks!

HI! I am looking for a copycat recipe of Bennigan's Chicken Tortill Soup.
My daughter used to work there and I got hooked on this stuff. I know the
cooks and they said it just comes in a big bag. I Would love to find this
one.
Thank you,
