No Crust Coconut Custard Pie
3/8 cup (3/4) stick butter 2 Tbsp Flour 1 1/2 cup Sugar 1 can (large) evaporated milk 3 Eggs, beaten 1 tspVanilla 1 can (3.5-oz) coconut Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been heavily greased & floured. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Loosen edges & serve warm. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
