Sauerkraut Chicken Casserole
submitted by ozett from Indiana, US 4 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned 1 (14 1/2 oz) sauerkraut, drained 4 slices swiss cheese 12 oz. fat-free Thousand Island Dressing Place chicken in bottom of 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Spread sauerkraut on top of chicken. Put Swiss cheese over sauerkraut. Pour Thousand Island on top. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Or convert to microwave oven time according to instructions for mw.
