Apple Raisin Kugel

---Noodles
1/2 cup Orange juice
8 ounces Noodles -- cooked and drained
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 can Apple pie filling
1/2 cup Raisins
6 Egg whites
1 cup Walnuts
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup margarine -- melted
---Topping
1/2 Stick margarine -- melted
3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 cup Walnuts

Mix noodles with margarine. Add eggs, sugar, apples, juices, nuts and
raisins to noodles. Mix well. Top with melted margarine. Sprinkle
mixture of sugar and cinnamon over top. Top with 1/2 cup walnuts.
Bake 350, 1 hour in 9 x 13 pan.
