Argentine Easter Bread

1 1/2 lb loaf

1 tsp active dry yeast
2 3/4 cup bread flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each dried lemon peel and dried orange peel
3 1/2 Tbps sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 Tbps butter
4 oz warm milk
3/4 cup raisins

Put ingredients according to manufacturer's directions
