Default Spare Ribs

Spare Ribs

2 lbs pork ribs
1 cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper

Place ribs in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Combine remaining ingredients
except salt and pepper. Pour over ribs. Cook in microwave oven, covered,
on level 5 (slow-cook) for 25-30 minutes or until meat is tender and
temperature of 170 degrees is reached. Turn ribs over halfway through
cooking time. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
