Banana Bread with Coconut Pudding
2 cup sugar 1 cup oil 5 eggs 2 cup crushed bananas 2 cup flour 1 tsp. each salt, baking soda, cinnamon 1 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts 2-3oz. pkgs. instant coconut cream pudding Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs and bananas. Stir in dry ingredients and add nuts. Divide batter into 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
