Cabbage Rolls
Requested Old Fashioned Cabbage Rolls From: Paulina Cabbage rolls 29 oz can of tomato sauce 1 1/2 to 2 lbs ground meat (beef, turkey) White rice brown sugar lemon juice onion pepper large cabbage head egg Prepare meat mixture of meat, rice pepper and egg Form into rolls Take steamed or boiled cabbage leaves and place meat mixture and roll Place extra cabbage leaves at bottom of large pot first then layer rolls on top of each other Then pour tomato sauce on top and brown sugar and lemon juice to taste Cook on low flame for about two hours -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
