Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Requested: Macaroni Grill Shrimp Diavolo
From: Jaime Barber
This spicy pasta dish is my most recent pregnancy addiction. I would love
to be able to make it myself. Any ideas what they put in that sauce other
than red pepper flakes???

Shrimp Fra Diavolo

shrimp
flour
olive oil
half teaspoon of garlic
white wine
banana pepper rings and hot cherry peppers
a pinch of hot pepper flakes
1/2 cup of seafood stock
1/2 cup of marinara
salt and pepper
linguine.

This isn't Mac Grill's but Im a saute chef at an Italian restaurant and
this is how I di it:
Dredge shrimp in flour, shake off excess. Heat olive oil in a saute pan,
add shrimp toss for a few minutes, add about a half teaspoon of garlic and
cook for another minute. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add a mixture of
banana pepper rings and hot cherry peppers, a pinch of hot pepper flakes
and toss for a minute. Add about a 1/2 cup of seafood stock and about a
1/2 cup of marinara - enough to make a nice broth. Add salt and pepper.
Toss with linguine.
