1/2 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. coconut flavor Rum

Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice with ice and pour into highball
glass over ice top with grenadine and garnish with pineapple wedge and a
strawberry

Glass: Irish Coffee Cup
Sort: Hot drinks

2 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1 tsp. Simple Syrup
ground Nutmeg

Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a blender and pour into a
saucepan.Heat gently and pour into a warm Delmonico glass and sprinkle
with nutmeg.,Some recipes call for 2 to 4 ozs. of milk, which may be used
for those liking a longer drink.
