This is an appetizer on the menu at the Macaroni Grill. It is served in a
dish covered with hot cheese and served with very crisp, thinly sliced
bread.

about 45 years ago I had a wonderful chicken recipe. It had heavy cream,
Shallots, chicken, and you put a jigger of whisky in right at the end.
Sounds wierd, tasted WONDERFUL! Anyone have this recipe?
