Requested: Bob Evans' Cranberry Relish

would love to have receipe for Bob Evans' cranberry relish. they serve it
with their turkey & dressing sandwich and dinner. the serving amount is
so small i can't get a handle on the ingredients. don't know if they
consider it a sauce or relish but it is not the usual jellied type.


Thanksgiving Frozen Salad

1- 16 0z. whole cranberry sauce
1- small can crushed pineapple
1- 80z. carton sour cream

Put in food processor. Pour into 12 muffin cups. Freeze. Pop out and
serve.
