Subject: Black Bean and corn salsa
Does anybody have a recipe for a black bean and corn salsa that has a
can of diced tomatoes included in it. It also included some kind of oil
and hot peppers (not too hot). It was served with tortilla "scoops".

Hardy Mexican Dish

2lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can whole kernal corn, drained
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and chiles
16 oz. shredded mexican cheese
Tortilla chips

Brown beef.Drain.Add taco seasoning.Add corn,beans and tomatoes. Serve hot
topped with cheese,
