I used to buy a small eclair-sized treat called a "covered wagon" by our
local bakery. It was a rectangular slice of moist chocolate cake topped
with a sweet creamy filling that was piped on the top. And, the whole
thing was covered with a chocolate glaze. There may be other names for
this but I have not been able to find a recipe anywhere.

I have a package of Oat Bran Hot Cerealof which I used 1 Tbsp of for a
recipe......now what??????Any recipes other than hot cereal.....i.e. quick
