Sauteed Garlic Spinach With Sesame

Sauteed Garlic Spinach With Sesame

Yield: 6 servings

2 Tbsp. sesame oil
24 oz. fresh spinach
salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, white, black or a combination of both

Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic to the
pan followed by the spinach, in batches until wilted, then add more until
all is in the pan. Saute for a minute longer until all the spinach is
wilted but still a bright green. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish
with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
