Sauteed Garlic Spinach With Sesame
Yield: 6 servings 2 Tbsp. sesame oil 24 oz. fresh spinach salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, white, black or a combination of both Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic to the pan followed by the spinach, in batches until wilted, then add more until all is in the pan. Saute for a minute longer until all the spinach is wilted but still a bright green.
