Sorghum...
I am familiar with slightly heating honey and molasses to re-liquify and
the safety in their use. However, I was cleaning out a cabinet and found a forgotten quart of Sweet Sorghum that looks to have solidified and has a number of air bubbles all around where it has contact with the glass. So...my questions a Can the same be done for Sorghum? <heating to re-liquify> Is it safe to use? |

Sorghum like honey can crystallize, however; putting it in a pan of warm water or putting it in your microwave will restore it to a usable form." <http://www.ca.uky.edu/nssppa/sorghumfaqs.html> -- to respond, change "spamless.invalid" with "optonline.net" please mail OT responses only |
