Default Beef Jerky

Whoo boy this last batch of chipotle beef jerky is nice. Went down to
Mexico with a friend recently and picked up a kilo of whole chipotle
for $13. Ground prime chipotle powder at Albertson's runs about $7 -
that's $45 a pound! I got enuf chipotle for maybe a whole year.
The curry jerky was nice but disappointing. Not enuf cloves & cinnamon
I think. And needed that bit of black pepper after all.
