Pears in Brandy
Did I mention that the the Ball's Blue Book recipe for pears in brandy
was much better with leftover apricot brandy than the regular drinking stuff? Just better all around, and not too strong an apricot flavor either. I tried to used the goodest stuff I could afford. Edrena |
