Default Jelly Isn't Thickening

For as long as we've been making jelly, today is the first time our jelly
did not gel. It's kind of a thick juice. We bought two new boxes of pectin
but both batches didn't turn out. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

How long have you waited for it to set?

If two weeks and it still hasn't set, follow the directions here to
reset it:

Don't ask me how I know that works...
