Default Merlot and Raspberry Jelly

Does anyone have a recipe for this jelly or any ideas on how I could
recreate it please?

It has a quite vinegary tang to it and I'm wondering whether it has
raspberry vinegar as an ingredient rather than raspberry fruit. I have a
recipe for wine jelly which is quite a traditional recipe as it uses apples
dripping in a jelly bag overnight and then has 500 ml of wine added as it is
simmered to a jell set but I'm not sure how I would go about getting the
raspberry vinegary flavour into this recipe. Any ideas please?
