Default Papas cambray rellenas de queso y aguacate

This one mystifies me. According to Babel Fish, I'm supposed to boil
the Pope's blue cambray work shirt in salted water with salt and laurel
leaves!

"Tomillo en polvo" is ground thyme, but what is "chorrito de vinagre"?
Something of vinegar?

And what does "sofrien" mean?

Ingredientes (para 8 personas)

1 libra de papa cambray
1 pieza de aguacate madura mediano
1 pieza de queso crema
3 hojas de laurel
3 onzas de mantequilla
Tomillo en polvo
Chorrito de vinagre

Preparacion:

Se cuecen las papas en agua hirviendo con sal y hojas de laurel. Ya
cocidas se sofrien en mantequilla. Ahueque cada una con un cuchillo de
punta y reserve. En un recipiente se tritura el aguacate y se bate
hasta quedar con una crema. Agregar el queso crema a temperatura
ambiente, mezclar hasta obtener una pasta uniforme. Sazonar con limon y
tomillo.
Rellenar las papas con esta mezcla. Se puede servir como botana o
garnacion de carnes.

I can understand your confusion. Everyone knows you boil the Pope's
work shirt with "hierba santa!"

For "chorro," my dictionary gives: "(de agua etc) jet; spirt, squirt,
stream; dribble, trickle." So, with the diminutive, I'd say it means "a wee
touch of vinegar." I'm guessing to be used to season with at the end, like
with the "limon y tomillo"

"Sofreír" means "to fry lightly." Congugates like "reír."
