Default Is Ulam Raja eaten in Mexico?

Is Ulam Raja eaten in Mexico? What's it called?

The Spanish brought Ulam Raja (king of greens) to the Phillipines, and
from there it was brought into Malaysia, where it is used in cooking.

Cosmos caudatus Kunth grows wild in northern and central Mexico and in
my yard...
