Default Help identifing a dish!

I ate a dish at a mom and pop place today and i should have written the name
down.
It was very tasty and different from anything I've ever had. It was a couple of
1/4 inch thick
pan fried tortilla like things with cheese in them and something else that was
difficult
to identify (possibly chicken). I was given a large jar of some type of pickled
shredded cabbage
and carrots to place on top. The name was something like Popusa or Pupopsa.
If anyone knows of this dish could you post it? I want to find a recipe for it.
