Cascarones
I would like to make some cascarones for an up-coming Mexican Festival that
is going to be held nearby. The problem is, I am not sure how to get the yolk and egg white out of the egg and how to get the confeti in. Obviously, you need a hole (duh) but how do you make the hole without breaking the egg too much? Any help/advice/info appreciated Em -- Waste not, time.
