Chard wrapped tamales
I made a quick version of this using left-over chicken for some and chorizo
for the others, some M. Jack cheese in the middle of each, Instant Masa with a bit of Pasilla chile, cumin and coriander in the dough. Served it wading in a tomatillo and Serrano chile sauce pool, a side of Green Rice(cilantro and Poblano in a rice cooker for this part) and refried black beans with some of the MJ Cheese with some Romano sprinkled in for the hell of it( Cilantro sprig and thinly chopped white onion for garnish at the end). http://www.bigoven.com/125815-Swiss-...ce-recipe.html |
