How to make fresh rice noodles
 

Hello,

My name is Ghella and I live in Philippines. Last year I went to Vietnam and got so interested in their pho. ( Vietnamese noodles) I have decide to open a small business here but the problem is where I live they don't have the right kind of rice noodle that I need for my pho. If I don't get the right ingredients for Vietnamese recipes it won't taste like real Vietnamese food. Does anyone here know how to make fresh rice noodle and what machine do I need to use to cut the noodles so it will look professional. By the way what is the name for the machine that cuts noodles.
