Default FA Edwardian Confectionery craft manual Genoese glaces

All About Genoese Glaces,Petits Fours & Bon Bons by H G Harries & S P
Borella,undated but I would guess to 1910s or thereabouts,a little
surface wear to extremities,otherwise in good condition. large format,
196 pages.

Very scarce old craft manual on the making of elaborate
confections,lots of illustrations etc.Extremely thorough work.
