Can anyone tell me the origin of the Buffalo Chopper and how the name
originated.

The Buffalo chopper that I am familiar with was a chopper used for making
sausages on a commercial basis. It was manufactured in Buffalo NY by the
Buffalo Food Equipment co...I believe that company is no longer in business
