Land preparation:
Before growing rice, you have to dig the soil thoroughly, so as to make it soft, and this process can be divided into three periods, they are extensive cultivation, fine cultivation and cover it flat. Culture of seedling

Rice transplanting:
To plant the seedlings in the paddy and keep them interval orderly. The traditonal rice method may use seedlings rope, seedling benchmark or transplanting wheel to make some mark in the paddy. The weather when rice transplanting is quite important, if suffered with a heavy rain the seedling will be destroyed by it. Nowadays people mainly use the rice transplanter to plant, but in the ragged topography and the paddy is not so square, these areas still needs rice transplantation by hand.
