Good way to get irregular shaped types of things ready for the grill.
Like a whole chicken.

Had one like this at an Ital. Restaurant in Los Angeles, Ca'Brea I
think. With rosemary, was great. No. Phenomenal. Something I think I
will try to replicate on the grill this summer.
