Default RECIPE REQUIRED FOR MAKING IRISH CREAM

Can some knowledgeable bartender supply me with a recipe or web site
showing how to make Irish cream drinks lile Carolans, O'leary or
Emmetts.

I am fed up paying big prices for bottles of this drink, where there is
hardly enough in a bottle to fill four small glasses.

Kindly reply by posting only.

Thanks.

Roger

I made the drink with the recipe as below using Hershey's canned liquid
chocolate in lieu of milk chocolate for about six glasses.

INGREDIENTS: WITHOUT EGGS

1 (750 milliliter) bottle Irish whiskey
8 3/4 ounces milk chocolate
2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules

The drink was good, but we found it a little thick and too sweet. We
estimated the cost to be about $5.00 per glass based on the cost of the
ingredients.

We are still interested in trying to duplicate Carolans, O'Leary or
Emmetts or the South African version.

Thanks again.
