Mango is a great seasonal flavor to incorporate into cocktails as we creep closer to summer. Here are two recipes that I am enjoying with unique uses for mango. Cheers!

Mango Tango
1½ parts Premium Tequila (such as Avion)
1 part Hiram Walker Mango Schnapps
½ part Hiram Walker Triple Sec
¾ part Pineapple Juice
Serve over ice in rocks glass.

ZEDonist
3 oz ZED Sparkling Moscato Rose
2-3 mango ice cubes
Fill a champagne flute with ZED and add mango ice cubes. To make mango ice cubes: Put mango juice or puree in mini ice cube tray and freeze.

Simple mango juice can be better than any drink. It tastes very nice.
