Sources of protein include whole cereal grains beans and bean products, nuts and seed sand assorted vegetables. The Standard Macrobiotic Diet contains all of the essential amino acids.
Vitamin A: green leafy vegetables.
Vitamin B: sea vegetables.
Vitamin C: Green leafy vegetables

You can get protein through Grass-Fed Beef, Organic Chicken, Wild Salmon, Tuna fish, Almonds and Almond Butter. These are the best sources for protein.
