Default Shrimp as, a Protein Source.

I don't often hear shrimp, being mentioned as a viable protein source. Do any of the coaches here prescribe it in diets. Or does it get lumped, into the fish protein category as a fish option?

To be specific about shrimp, 3oz of shrimp contains, yes, only 1g of fat and about 84 calories, but also contains a whopping FIFTY-FIVE PERCENT of your daily value of CHOLESTEROL. It contains 18g of protein per those 3oz as well.
