Hi!
We ordered wine with Virgin are really disappointed because it did not
yet arrive, after more than 14 days where they promise 3-7 days. We
did several phone calls (5 at least) and never got an answer where
they always promised to 'call the delivery company immediately and
call you back tomorrow morning...'. I am really annoyed about that and
don't want to order there anymore. Do you have similar experiences or
is ours just the worst case?
