This closely resembles the Egg Sour recipe as it was originally published in The Savoy Cocktail Book from 1930. It’s a refreshing and slightly frothy drink to sip on with your dinner that you and your friends will enjoy time and time again. Cheers!

Mandarine Sour
1 oz Mandarine Napoleón
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz fresh egg white
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Thoroughly shake all ingredients and pour into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry.
