David, you might want to update your recipe, the one you have is not
quite right. A real Mai Tai uses neither Amaretto nor Lemon Juice.

Refer to the recipe provided by Paul and Gary earlier in this post,
those are proper Mai Tai recipes.


And for everybody... this year marks the 60th Anniversary of the Mai
