Looking for a liquor store or other source in Washington DC or
Baltimore that sells Genghis Khan Vodka.

Call the company that distributes that Vodka and ask where to buy it in
DC. If that doesn't pan out, try posting your inquiry on one of the
local DC groups such as dc.food or dc.general.
