Default Slow Cooking versus Thermal Cooking

There has been a real resurgence in Slow Cooking recently with lots of
media attention again.
However I still can't get past the idea of leaving an appliance on all
day just to cook an evening meal in particular in our area where a
power outage is quite on the cards so I do not know how long my "meal"
has been just sitting there losing temperature.

The other problem I seem to incur is that all of these slow cooking
meals seem to end up tasting or atleast looking the same...a bit mushy
and the vegies are certainly falling apart.

Having become more aware of the incxreasing energy crisis the world
over we were really excited to be introduced to the concept of Thermal
Cooking where all the benefits of slow cooking are there but (not mushy
though) but realy energy efficient and you do not have an appliance ON
all day for an evening meal.

Imagine only needing 10 to 20 minutes of heat to cook a whole meal.

Have a look at www.ThermalCookware.com for more complete information
