Breakfast strawberry sorbet

I don't know what possessed me but I opened the freezer this morning to
hunt for something when all of a sudden a pint of haagen dazs fat-free
strawberry sorbet leapt out and I had to have it. It had been sitting there
quietly for months.

ALL GONE! :)

Andy, if it hadn't been "fat-free" I would have said you were "naughty" ;)

Hope you enjoyed every mouthful...

You had better have fresh vegetables and fruit for dinner (maybe with a
little meat/fish) to round off your day somewhat healthy LOL

Bronnie,

I know but Sunday is a day of rest around here. Don't cook much on
Sunday.

I did have some glasses of low-sodium v-8. :)

Mordechai,

I did, but I won't do that again any time soon. It wasn't without it's
repercussions.

I don't often feel too well after a sugary breakfast. How did this one
affect you?
