This past weekend I made carnitas (I found an awesome recipe
which I will post later as my office server is down and my
files are all stored on the server ;-() and to go with them
I made a tropical salsa (ditto on the recipe) with fresh pineapple,
mango, tomato, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapenos, lime juice,
etc. This stuff is to die for. So all weekend and until it
runs out this week I will be eating the carnitas for dinner.

So, I had half a pineapple leftover. I diced it and put some
sugar on it to make juice. I was trying to decide what to do
with it - put it over vanilla ice cream or what. I decided I
wanted it with yogurt. But not just any yogurt - Stonyfield
Farm whole milk French vanilla yogurt. That stuff is so good
I could eat it plain. So, I went to Whole Foods and got a quart
of it. I put about 1 cup in a large bowl and about 1/4 of the
pineapple with juice. This stuff is so good!!!!

have you had the Stonyfield Farm Banilla? it's excellent! Banana and vanilla,
tastes so good and it's so much fun to scream "BANILLA" and the top of your
lungs and jump in a circle when you see it in the grocery bag!

One of my kids (as a 4-5 yo) would say "Bas-ketti" for spaghetti :-)

Is this regular refrigerated yogurt, or the frozen dessert kind?
Either way sounds good, but I'm not familiar with the Stonyfield Farm
brand.

Stonyfield Farm makes refrigerated yogurt. Their whole milk yogurt is
delicious -- very rich and fresh. It's as rich and creamy as ice
cream. It's a real treat.
