There's a facsimile version. You can find it at Amazon. I'm tempted. They
also have a reprint of the 70's one.

I've got a very dilapidated version that belonged to my mother, The cover is
long gone, some of the index is missing, and there are a few missing pages.
And a lot of tears, creases, and food splatters.

The copyright page goes from 1931 to 1953. The forward says this is a new
version, after the 1943 version. I wonder how many revsions there were...
