Well, I won't get my knickers in a twist about this because
I would love a guacamole without any avocados - I hate avocados!
However, the real crime being perpetrated food-wise is the crabless
crab. It ought to be against the law to advertise something as
"crab whatever" when it is really "FAKE crab whatever". I have to
be sure to ask every time I am tempted to order or buy some "crab
whatever" whether it contains actual real crabmeat or just the
crab-flavored crap that is fairly ubiquitous these days. Anyone
wanna sue?

I don't mind the stuff they sell in the store as imitation crab, because you
know you're buying fake stuff.

But I don't want to order a crab salad or some other dish somewhere and find
out that it's fake crab. And I shouldn't have to ask...after all, if you
order chicken or beef, you don't have to ask if it's really tofu instead.
